The Edward Seaga Database Collection is a compilation of over 700 of the most important macroeconomic variables over the period between 1950 and 2010. The data provides access to more than 37,000 entries of information on the economy, education, environment, finance, population, tourism, labour force and health. Data has been collected from government agencies, including the Statistical Institute of Jamaica, the Bank of Jamaica, the Planning Institute, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education.
