The Virtual Trade Open Data Portal

Introduction
The Virtual Trade Policy Portal is an interactive portal on trade policy in the Caribbean region. It is a project of the Shridath Ramphal Centre for International Trade Law, Policy & Services of the University of the West Indies and is funded by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

In addition to the main VTP site, this companion site provides interactive visualization of the country profile reports found on the main site, which enables viewers to selectively visualize and compare various Trade and Macro-economic indicators across countries in the Caribbean and other similarly small states. The site also provides access to an Open Data portal where developers, researchers and journalists can retrieve and re-use the VTP's data to develop their own analyses, reports and charts and applications. We encourage users to catalog any Apps and analyses derived from this data with the Caribbean Open Institute.
